Juicefast’s return policy is simple.
If a shipment is incorrect/incomplete/damaged, you must provide a photo. This documentation is necessary so we can process a refund or arrange a replacement delivery. If the issue is truly our fault, we’ll gladly replace the products at no additional cost to you.

As these are food products, requests for returns or replacements must be submitted to our customer service within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
